All placements of Ads must be received by the 20th of every month prior to publication. Rates are based on the advertiser producing camera ready artwork. All non-print or web ready ads are subject to an additional charge. Color separations must be provided by the advertiser. If this is a net rater, advertising agency please also add your service charge and commission. First time display advertisers are required to pay in advance of issuance. A full 10% discount will be applied to all prepaid ads. A 1.5% per month charge (18% annual percentage rate) will be added to accounts 30 days or more that are past due. Accounts remaining unpaid after 90 days following statement date will be turned over to collections.
